One person airlifted to Hospital following Westsyde crash

One person has been airlifted to Royal Inland Hospital after a motor vehicle accident in the 44 hundred block of Westsyde Road this morning. RCMP haven't released details yet but the driver of this car is believed to have been taken by air ambulance to hospital suffering from serious injuries. It happened just before 7:30am Wednesday morning. Investigators were on the scene this morning trying to determine what led to the crash. A van believed to be parked on the side of the road was extensively damaged as well.
