Bill O'DonovanBill joined the TV-7 new team as Anchor and producer of the Midday and Evening news in September, 2001. Prior to moving to Kamloops, he co-Anchored southern Saskatchewan’s top rated newscast at CTV Regina. Bill spent 15 years at CTV Regina, starting as a sports reporter/Anchor, later becoming sports director before moving into the news anchor chair. Earl SeitzEarl was born in Brooks, Alberta and grew up in nearby Duchess, Alberta. He started his broadcasting career in 1968 in Cranbrook B.C. After honing his craft at stops in Creston and Nelson B.C., he came to Kamloops in 1974 where he took over as sports director for CFCR-TV (now CFJC-TV7) CFJC radio. Earl can be seen on the CFJC-TV7 Evening News@5 P.M. He can always be spotted at most sporting events in town. Earls favorite hockey team? The Montreal Canadiens. Earl is a big booster for Kamloops. Raffelina SirianniBorn and raised in Kamloops, Raffelina Sirianni graduated from Norkam Secondary. Raffelina was very active in sports, playing soccer, basketball and volleyball and was Norkam athlete of the year in 1985. Raffelina returned to Kamloops after two years to expand her training at the BCIT in the broadcast journalism program, working in radio before making the transition to T.V. in 1991. Raffelina does work for Big Brothers and Sisters, and participates in numerous charitable events. Larry ReadRecently awarded Thompson Rivers University Distinquished Alumni award for Community Service, Larry is the host of the TV 7 Interior at Midday Show. He is the regular anchor of TV 7's Week in Review Program. A grad of the BCIT Broadcast Journalism and U.C.C. Business Programs, Larry is a coach and on the REP Board of Kamloops Youth Soccer, a board member of Kamloops Hospice, Honorary chair of Habitat for Humanity and helps various other community groups. He’s a four time winner of the most Popular TV Personality award by the Kamloops Daily News readers poll. |
