Education Minister busy in Kamloops

   The Minister of Education made a stop in the city today - to meet with School District 73 officials on several capital projects, and tour area schools.  It was also an opportunity to discuss the ongoing teachers strike in this province.  George Abbott stressed the government will not budge when it comes to its net zero pay increase mandate.  And as Tanya Cronic reports, Abbott isn't saying it outright -- but the minister is hinting at the possibility of legislating teachers back to work in the coming weeks:
