CONTEST DETAILS
1. Contest will run on CFJC-TV from February 9-March 22, 2012. Grand Prize draw to be made on the CFJC- TV 5:00 Evening News on March 26, 2012.
2. Contestants can enter the contest through the CFJC-TV web site. Watch CFJC-TV throughout the day and look for the Alcatraz ID inviting viewers to enter. Go to the web site, and fill out the appropriate form, telling us what show you saw the ID on.
3. All information requested on the entry form must be submitted.
4. Grand Prize includes 5 nights stay for two people at the Marriott Marquis in San Francisco. Includes air fare from Kamloops to San Francisco, departing May 26, 2012.No change can be made to the departure date. Also included is an Urban Safari trip around San Francisco, including a stop at Alcatraz, a trip through the Napa Valley, and lunch at the Hard Rock Café.
5. CFJC-TV will provide winner with $1000.00 CAD spending money.
6. This trip has no cash surrender value. Winner and guest must have valid passports. Names must be confirmed by April 15, 2012.
7. Acceptance of the prize indicates that winner will take the prize as offered.
8. Prize consists of that described in (2) above. Any other costs will be the responsibility for the prize winner. CFJC-TV and its respective agents reserve the right to substitute elements in the prize package as necessary due to circumstances beyond their control.
9. Neither CFJC-TV, their respective agents or representatives shall be responsible in any way for the use of or bear any liability whatsoever in any way attributable to the prize awarded in the contest, and entering the contest shall constitute acceptance of these conditions.
10. Neither CFJC-TV, their respective agents or representatives shall be responsible for any cancellation of any aspect of the prize in (2) above that may be unforeseen at the time prize is awarded.
11. Contest winner and the person accompanying the winner must sign waiver provided by CFJC-TV prior to accepting prize and spending money.
